Good evening, BOTT friends,
Short one tonight...early start in a.m. Recumbent bike workout done, 73 mins covering 10.1 miles. Today I ate:
B: 1 egg + 1/2 c eggbeaters, 1 oz cheddar, sandwich thin with 2 tsps butter sub
S: vanilla protein powder with coffee, 4 tbsps light half & half
L: 6 strips low sodium turkey bacon (BLT) on sandwich thin, 2 tsps mayo, lettuce, tomato, coffee with splenda and 2 tbsps SF creamer
D: small grilled chicken breast and leg (skinless), 1/2 c cooked collard greens
S: 1/2 c pineapple chunks
