I hope everybody had a great weekend. I did a little bit of shopping, a little bit of cleaning and a lot of cat napping. Weekend was great! My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Fiber One Bar
Dinner: Cheese Ravoli
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise: Walking around the neighborhood
Here's to a brand new start at the beginning of the week. I hope everybody has great success in losing or maintaining this week. Don't forget those vits and fluids too!
I was sleeping so soundly when that dang alarm clock went off. I was dreaming too....some Doctor was about to give me THE secret for losing all of my weight overnight and keeping it off forever. He'd just left the room to go get it for me when...yep you guessed it.....BUZZ. BUZZ...BUZZ.....Needless to say I woke up on the cranky, grouchy, *****y side this morning. Curse you Monday. lol.
I've already gotten a short walk in this morning. Planning on another one at lunch time. The weather is SO NICE. Today's plan is looking like:

Breakfast: 1/2 Ham & swiss bagel
Lunch: 1/2 ham & swiss bagel with side salad
snack: Greek yogurt with handful of granola
dinner: Corned beef hash
Getting ready to take the vitamins and start drinking the first of many glasses of wwater for the day.

Morning! I had a pretty good weekend. We went to San Fran and trick-or-treated at the zoo. We enjoyed a nice dinner on the wharf. It's always nice to get away and enjoy the nice salty sea air. It was chilly! Oh I also went to the docs and lost 5 pounds in a month! I was very happy to see the number slowly start to creep down. I think I have figured out a "plan" that works best for me. I am working hard on spacing out my water and meals, it's not very easy! Anyways it's a new week, hoping to have as great of a week as last week.

I am all out of protein :( it's funny how a month ago I wouldn't go near it and now that I found one I like I hate how I feel without it! Working on my water and about to take my vits
