Happy Hump Day Botts:
Well it is down right cold here this morning with temps starting out around 38 degrees. It is suppose to get back to 55 degrees by lunch but has some cold front winds pushing through. I am hugged up to my little foot heater at work and trying to get my tin box office warmed with the big heat on, brrrrrrrrr! My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Fiber One Cookie Bar
Lunch: Quest Bar
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Dinner: Meatball Lean Pocket
Snack: Vitatop cake
Exercise: I will probably just be shaking around here this morning.
Have a great "HUMP" day and remember those vits and fluids.
Has anybody else noticed that there's more discussion on the board lately? I LOVE IT!!!!! Personally, I find myself coming on and lurking around instead of snacking during the afternoon. It keeps me busy and accountable....that's a very good thing.
I missed WW weigh in last night. I ended up picking up my cousin's youngest and her friend from cheerleading practice. My Cuz is truly an inspiration to me. She's a single mom who's done a fantastic job. She's also a CRNA (certified regiestered nurse aenesthetist) sometimes she'll have an emergency surgery tacked on her day or a surgery will run long. I try and help ferry her girls back and forth to where ever they need to go. Great kids. In the long run a missed weigh in won't really matter.
Tess - your cold wave is supposed to hit us tomorrow. I think I have the perfect extra day off planned tomorrow. It includes some housework (just because it's nasty and needs it!!) lots of cuddle time with the terrier(ist) and hours of Netflix. Perfection!!!
Today is looking like:
commute: Coffee
Breakfast: Multigrain cheerios & silk "milk" (I think someone is refilling it)
lunch: Tuna salad with wheat thins
snack: Greek Yogurt with handful of granola
dinner: Pinto Beans
I've already got the daily vitamins and meds in. I've switched over to my decaf iced tea. Planning a walk at lunch time. All in all, life is great. Yall enjoy it (I plan too)!!

Morning Everyone!
It is very very cold here today as well! I am doing the same Tess, heater is at my feet! I have to run across the street but do not want to leave my little heater.
I don't know what it is...but I love Wednesdays! Maybe because it is a sign that the weekend is around the corner! I was so proud of myself last night, I had a healthy dinner and got in an hour and 15 minutes at the gym, and man I feel good today! Its been a while since I have lifted weights and I am glad to be back at it! I weighed in this morning, and I seem to be maintaining well, but not loosing. Hoping if I pick it up the next week and a half, I can drop a little before Mexico :) But in all with the exercise my body is feeling great!
**Warning: Exercise may cause you to shop excessively!** Trying to stop. I am not a shopper, but now that I am feeling better and my clothes fit better, I feel like shopping, a lot! Worse problems to have I guess :)
Here is what I have planned for today:
B: Protein Drink and a SF Jello Cup
S; Coffee - Maybe another Jello Cup or Protein bar.
L: Have to figure this out. I have to set up lunch and we have lots of pasta coming in, so I need to keep away and go grab a salad again. (My goal for today)
S: SF Jello, or protein bar.
D: Maybe breakfast for dinner, scrambled eggs and salsa
S: Protein drink
Exercise: I have another 1-1.5 hours planned at the Gym tonight.
Vitamins - Need to get those in later today, forgot this morning!
I'm not a good shopper. BUT I am a GREAT buyer. Having to limit myself to Thrift shops and consignment stores to stay within budget. In my "defense" I buy less for me and more for my family. That makes it okay! Right?

Perfectly OK then!!
I will say though, I Buy NOTHING that is full price. I won't buy something unless it is on sale or I get a good deal! We have some great thrift shops around here I love to frequent :) We have a "high end" goodwill they call it, that sells all of the name brand stuff like Ann Taylor and Banana republic. LOVE that place! I would buy for my hubby, but he is too picky when it comes to clothes, and I always end up returning something lol
Cold here in Texas this a.m. ,supposed to warm up, BUT they are predicting snow next week !!!!!!!!!!! I have always loved to shop and now that I can buy clothes that fit anywhere....I have to be really careful. Used to buy whatever fit in every color and now I have to think about do I really need that item. I have gained about 25 lbs. from my low and some of my clothes are too tight...but I absolutely refuse to buy a bigger size. I just need to lose my regain !!!
I didn't do too bad last night at the concession stand.......I had popcorn and a diet coke and then went home and the hubby made me a ham sandwich on rye bread.
Today's eats......breakfast...........1/2 cup oatmeal and one piece of toast...............coffee w/miralax
lunch..................either a ham sandwich with SF pickles or 1/2 cup homemade chili and 5 crackers (I brought both)
snack.................apple
dinner................1/2 cup red beans/ 2 oz. cornbread/ and 2 ounces fried potatoes.. I know, but I love them with beans.
As you can see, I weigh and measure everything !! Have been doing this for years.....
I will probably have popcorn or yogurt for a snack tonight. I have already had my vitamins this morn and will take the iron when I get home.
May all of you have a great day !!!!
