Fisol is a type of fish oil that I don't re-taste (or burp up.)

And Slo Fe is an iron supplement.

Thanks,

Kathy

Good morning everyone! Husband and I made a deal that if I get little one's costume and curtains done by today I can get a new sewing machine on Monday is I will be sewing away. Already have costume done and some of the curtains done. Sewing keeps me from munching so it's a double bonus! We have a busy weekend planned for us; first hockey game if the season, pumpkin picking and the normal weekend stuff. Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Now my eats

pb: coffee and protein

b: half an apple with melted chunky pb, toast with butter and jelly

s: shake

L: salad with grilled chicken

d: grilled chicken

I have sewing envy!  I took sewing in home Economics way back when and hated it.  My mom tried to teach me how to sew before she passed away, hated it.  I now I wish I had the ability to sew my heart out but there is absolutely no talent here at all.  I can replace a button and hem but that is about it.  I hope you get the machine that you want.  Have a great weekend.

I am right there with you on the sewing envy!  It's such a wonderful talent/skill to have!!  I took a class over one summer at Sears when I was in junior high school.  It was like pulling teeth for me to finish my purple tunic top!  I still remember it.  haha I wanted nothing to do with it but my mom "made" me take the class.  All I wanted to do was to be outside on the ponies from sun up to sun down.  When I first got married at 22, I bought a sewing machine because it sounded like something a wife "should" know how to do.  I think the furthest I ever got with it was struggling to get it threaded and I remember something about a bobbin.

Enjoy the new sewing machine!!!

I have my moments, I am not always in a sewing frenzy. I have a closet full of fabric to prove that! But thank you for the encouragement!

Who plays hockey?  My boys played thru high school.  My youngest just graduated.  I sure do miss it.

Kathy (Yes, believe it or not there is hockey in Texas :) )

No one in the family plays just going to see the minor league team out here! However my hubby is learning, maybe one day he will become a superstar lol. My first hockey came was in Texas! Loved it ever since, same with my 3 year old.
