Back On Track Together
Glad I came to BOTT discussions.....
I am 3 years post RNY.....lost 120 lbs..... Have regained 25.....felt like such a failure since I never reached my personal goal of 180, much less the goal "they" (whoever "they" are) want me to weigh. :) I weigh and measure my food and take in between 1200-1500 calories a day. If I go ANY over this amount, I gain.....I thought I was the only one that has to limit to 700-800 calories a day to lose weight. This discussion group made me realize that I am not alone.....I have found a re-newed enthusiasm to get back on track. I have started eating protein first and know I can do this !! Thanks to all of you, I don't feel alone any more!
