It is a cool morning here in Mississippi but temps will get back to around 72 degrees this afternoon. My favorite kind of weather. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Cheese & Crackers
Dinner: Lean Pocket
Snack: NSA ice cream
Exercise will be a walk around the neighborhood this afternoon.

Tess - is it possible that your migraines follow the days that you don't get enough fluids in? I woke up with a colossal headache this morning and that's the only thing I can pinpoint as a trigger. That was at 4 this morning. It's gotten better ----only the lingering pain behind my eyeballs when I move them. (Think hangover type pain) Arthritis strength tylenol and 2 glasses of decaf iced tea seem to be doing the trick.
It promises to be a beautiful fall day here on the eastern seaboard today. I plan to take full advantage of it. I'm definetly eating lunch outside and hopefully taking a walk too. If not I'll be outside afterwork this evening. I've got a flower bed that needs my attention in the worse kind of way.
I've got a plan again today so I KNOW it's a great day.

Breakfast: Multigrain cheerios & my FF "milk" (if you can call it that)
snack: 1/2 apple & revised fruit dip
Lunch: Salad w/ grilled chicken
snack: Greek Yogurt & handful of granola
Dinner: Shepherds pie minus the potatoes

Good morning BOTTs.
My favorite weather is in the low 70's and if I get out for my lunch break by 11:00, it's still at least mid 70's right now. I walked a different route yesterday and had quite a hill to climb but one foot in front of the other, I marched on and conquered it. I am thinking I may go that same route today, I would love to see progress in the form of it getting easier to do. I know it won't happen over night, but it's a start.

Hello everyone! I am so glad the government has decided to pay my rent next month lol! Now I can start planning our trip to Idaho for thanksgiving and disneyland for Christmas! I need to start focusing on my weight and health once again. I've done a little better in the last few days but still can't get rid of those silly carbs, maybe another round of the pouch test.... Anywho hope you all have a great day!
