Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Lunch: Quest Bar
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Dinner: Chicken Fajita

Raining today in my neighborhood so I made ride my bike inside today.
I hope everybody has a wonderful Wednesday and remembers to take your vits and fluids. Have a good one!
Good Morning!
Glad you are feeling better Tess! Those days are hard!
I am glad it is Wednesday! Tuesday's are just rough for me sometimes! I have decided I have a new "mantra" when I eat....It is listen to your pouch! This has been helping me with my portion control. Slowing down and listening to my pouch! This really came in handy last night at dinner.
Starting out much better today, and I am really looking forward to my planned eats for today!
I found lactose free cheddar cheese last night, and a dairy free cream soup recipe this morning, so I have big plans tonight! :)
Here is what I have planned:
B: Banana and a Protein Drink
S: SF Jello and Coffee
L: Wasa Cracker with Turkey Breast deli meat and .... a slice or two of CHEESE! ( I am excited can you tell?)
S: SF Jello or a can of tuna
D: Tater tot casserole (without the Tater tots!) Using cauliflower, 99% lean ground turkey breast, and my dairy free cream soup with onion and green beans! I am pretty excited about trying this recipe tonight.
Possibilities are feeling endless today. I am excited to try some new recipes that are healthy and lactose free! Vitamins are in already, and did 45 minutes of Insanity this morning. My body is so sore, but the hurt feels so good! I feel like I could take on the world today :)
Have a wonderful day everyone!!
Morning Team BOTT!
I have had a rough Wednesday. The Public Transit system - buses and train are threatening to strike so it is a wait and see game every morning here in the San Francisco Bay Area. It is wrecking my sleep and routine. The all okay, get on a bus or train doesn't come until 5 am some mornings. Don't mean to rant, didn't even notice how I felt until now. I am trying to "feel" everything these days rather than eat my feelings away.
B: Boiled egg, slice of bacon, three pcs of potato, decaf with almond milk and 1/2 tsp of sugar
S: Cheese Stick
L: Steak chili with kidney and pinto beans
S: Boiled egg
D: Salmon Cake, string beans
Happy Hump day everyone!
My weights up a few pounds...ugh! It's time for me to get serious about getting back on track. I really haven't been putting in the effort like I should. If I don't want to keep gaining then I must change what I'm eating and move more. I have such a hard time leaving sweets alone! Oh, if I could only break the sugar habit! My menu is usually full of good intentions and usually I do good all day until evening. Then I want to snack or have dessert. Fellow BOTTer's please pray for me to overcome this. Thank you all so much!

Angela, you have my prayers. Right after PS surgery about 2 months down the road I picked up about 8 lbs. I have been fighting these pounds for quite a while and decided to cut my protein back down and up some of the good carbs. I have dropped 3 lbs so far this week by making this change in my menu. Having Oatmeal instead of a protein bar for breakfast and having an equal amount of carbs and proteins for dinner at night. So far so good. Have a good day!
Hang in there Angela you can do it!
You know when I am having really bad sugar cravings at night, I have been having a cup (or two) of SF Jello. It hits the sweet spot for me and fills me up.
The sweets are killer, I know its tough. I also like what Tess said about the protein. I was consuming more than twice the recommended amount and I started to scale back, and sure enough my weight is down a little bit.
You can do this!
You're in my prayers, Angela. I know it's hard, but you can do it. Usually when I have a craving for something sweet, I have a coffee, hot or iced with several tbsps of SF creamer (my favorite is SF pumpkin pie spice), or Greek yogurt, sometimes with half a banana sliced into it, SF pudding, a big glass of Crystal Light, or even a big mouthful of SF Cool Whip! Then I thank Heaven for all the great products available to us these days that were not available decades ago (for weight loss and management). We have it made! Take advantage of substitutions for the "bad stuff". Hope this helps :)
