Good evening, BOTT friends,
Short post tonight (it's late). Bike workout done, 89 minutes covering 11.5 miles. I'm officially 60 lbs lighter, and feeling great (except for the bad ol' back). Tess, I hope you can find the source of your migraines. My daughter's migraines vary with the barometric pressure, and these rainy days recently haven't helped her. Hope today brought you some relief.
Today I ate:
B: vanilla protein powder with almond milk, 1/2 banana, 2.5 tbsps SF creamer, 5 strips low sodium turkey bacon
S: apple slices
L: grilled skinless chicken breast slices on sandwich thin, 2 tsps mayo, lettuce, tomato
S: 1/2 oz peanuts, coffee with Splenda, 5 tbsps SF creamer
D: Chic-Fil_A garden side salad + 1 c lettuce, 1 can water packed tuna, 1 boiled egg, 2 tbsps light Italian dressing
