Sorry for missing in action yesterday afternoon. Migraine came back and I had to go home and buried my face in a pillow. Feel better right now. I will see for how long.
My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Oatmeal
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Lunch: Quest Bar
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Dinner: Lean Pocket
Snack: NSA ice cream
No exercise this afternoon. Rain is getting ready to come in.

Tess145, So sorry to hear about your migraines. Before the surgery I had them regularly, several a week since age 13, now just one a month with shifting hormones. I hope your are keeping a diary so that you can see a doctor and figure this out. Low blood sugar, extreme cold, too much Sun and lack of sleep were some of my triggers.

I will take a brisk walk at lunch. Though if the Bart (train) goes on strike, I will have a long, long walk to the bus.
Thank you Calibelle. I can't decide if I spend to much time on the computer on Saturday nights reading, if it is being brought on by menopause, or if my lexapro is finally deciding to be a b*tch. I do feel better right now though. I have been waking up a lot at night so that might be a cause too. I didn't think about that.
I need some sunshine....SOON!!!! I love the temperature. I don't mind the wind. The gray skies are becoming my kryptonite. I'm not sure how people in the Northwest cope with this type weather. It's been a solid week of it and I'm ready to buy some flood lights and a grow light set up from some weed growers just to have some manmade sunshine. I'm feeling a tad bit desperate. lol

Tonight is weigh in night at WW. I need that weekly personal interaction. I'm feeling good about it. It's been much less stressful this week so I know I haven't made those impulse decisions that include high amounts of carbs. They are my comfort food of choice.
Today's plan looks like this:
commute: coffee
Breakfast: Cheerios, Banana & ff lactose free milk
Lunch: Salad
snack: Greek Yogurt w/ small handful of Bear Naked Granola
Dinner: Roast Chicken w/squash
Exercise is up in the air right now. I picked up a beginners Yoga dvd at the thrift store this weekend that I think I might try out.

It is cold and rainy in Wisconsin today. I haven't slept well the last few nights, so I am tired and want to be curled up by my kitties at home! On a positive note, I got a TON of homework done last night, and I am feeling less stressed today :)
Eating today - not going fantastic, but it could be worse I guess. Definitely feeling my tighter pouch and loving that feeling again. We ordered out for lunch at work today, and I didn't eat as much as I was.. makes me realize how much I was eating before!
B: Protein Drink
S: Baked potato chips ( caved and had a small bag) 130Cal
L: Extra Lean Corned Beef - few bites of rye bread with it - Only meat and mustard for the most part.
S: Just trying to focus on my water
D: Left over Chili or some Turkey Deli meat with Vegan Cheese slice and wasa cracker
Really focusing on fluids today. Got my vitamins in, and did a 40 minute insanity work out in this morning. Planning all 6 days this week, so I need to keep focused! hope everyone else is having a good day today!
