I will actually be glad that my boss will be back on Monday. I have had to do his job and mine and it has been tough being in two places at once. He will come back looking pretty good and my desk is a wreck. Oh well, makes me appreciate him when he gone and he does the same when I am gone. It definitely take two to run this show full time. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Banana
Snack: Protein Shake
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Dinner: 1 slice Cheese Pizza Semi-Homemade
Snack: Deep Chocolate Vitatop
Exercise: I plan to cut my walk in half tonight, my legs and ankles really hurt last night when I went to bed. I may be pushing to much.

Thank God it's PAYDAY!!! Gotta do some major grocery shopping this weekend. Why is it that everything weird runs out at the same time? We're out of mustard, ketchup, bar soap, windex, light bulbs, coffee filters. On top of the normal things like meat, eggs & dairy. It'll be like an extra mortgage payment when I get the total. I'm not complaining - just thankful for the paycheck.
My exercise today will be toting groceries up the stairs. Out kitchen is on the second floor. I've had to learn to pace myself and not try and bring everything in in one trip. This way I get more trips and exercise.
Eats today look like:
comute: coffee
Breakfast: (Plain) Greek Yogurt and cajun trail mix (Weird but good)
Lunch: Steamed shrimp
snack: Starbucks
Dinner: Mexican (taking the kiddos out for dinner)

Morning and TGIF on this Chilly SF morning.
Final day of the 5DPT, I am limping across the finish line. I was great the first three days but late yesterday I lost it, big time. I went to Walgreen's to look for some gloves was reward to rows upon rows of stuff that rhymes with dandy. Now normally I don't even eat "dandy" but the thought that I could not have it, gave me fits. Ya'll I picked up two pieces and decided, Oh well, this doesn't seem to be working any way, I have lost one pound and I, I... wait I am feeling full, really full. So I made two laps around the store, returned the offending items and walked out the door and took the long, hilly way back to the office.

S: Baby Belle Cheese
L: 4 oz Chili
S: green tea latte (almond milk, organic green tea)
D: 3-4 oz mini cheese burger, with diced mushrooms and cheddar in the burger, no bun or fixings.
