Good Morning!
Ok - Starting over on my 5DPT.  I had a rough day and broke down last night and ate spaghetti and meatballs for dinner.  Hubby surprised me and took me to my favorite Italian place for dinner and I caved and didn't eat healthy, and man I paid for it.... But today is a new day and I am starting off on a good foot, and looking better than yesterday.  I've had to order a few pizzas for office meetings today.  The fact that I can;'t eat cheese is helping me a ton today! :)

My eating for today:

B: Protein Drink and coffee

S: Sugar Free Jello and Coffee

L: Protein Drink

S: Broth

D: Protein Drink

S: Sugar Free Jello

Vitamins are in.  Exercise - I am going to try and get my Insanity work out in. My partner has canceled on me the last 2 days, so I slept in instead.  Naughty but I will be back at it tonight.

Have a great day everyone one!!

Hi Melissa.  Isn't it great that no matter how many times we fall off the wagon, we get to start fresh with a clean slate the next day!  Have a good one!

You can do it Melissa!

I had some stress pop up yesterday too in the form of a broken down car and Public transpo 25 minutes behind. I wanted to some *7^** Chicken so badly. But I just sipped on some water, squeezed by eyes shut and tried to remember how it felt to slide into those size 10 jeans at Target or cross that finish line of my first 5K.

I will add an extra day so we can go until Saturday.

Oh I like the visualization! I will try that one next time! Imagine me getting into the jeans I so desperately want to get into!  That would be way better than those trigger foods any day!!

I saw no cereal.....How are the apple pancakes?  Never try that before.  I almost missed the sneaky snack cake.  Don't you just hate them little sneak attacks!

Good evening, BOTT friends,

Long day today with appointments and such.  Got a tentative date for my thyroidectomy of Nov. 8, but that could change if there are any cancellations.  I'm fine with that, as thyroid cancer is slow growing, but we still don't know how long it's been growing.  I'm just going on like nothing is happening, but that has always been my nature.  Funny...as a child I always wanted to go to the hospital...wanted to break an arm or a leg.  When I had my first babies (twins), I decided I wanted to work in a hospital, so I became a nurse.  I still don't mind being hospitalized.  My doctor said I'd be there at least a day, and I told him 2 or 3 would be fine with me (actually longer than that but dont wanna be greedy, lol).

Got my recumbent bike workout done tonight...76 minutes covering 11 miles.  Made a pot of low fat/low cal soup earlier today to use as a between meal snack, or with meals.  Love my vegetables!!  Today I ate:

B:  1 c All Bran with Splenda, 1 c almond milk, 3 tbsps SF creamer

S:  1 oz leftover lean beef burger (plain), 2 strips low sodium turkey bacon...eaten on the run since I was unsure if/when I'd have lunch

L:  4 strips above turkey bacon, 1 egg, 1 slice cheddar on sandwich thin, coffee with Splenda and 4 tbsps SF pumpkin spice creamer

D:  2 cups veg soup with 1 link turkey sausage

S:  4 c watermelon

Tess, I ordered 3 bottles of DaVinci SF syrups last night (praline, caramel, gingerbread).  Can't wait to get them because I'm going over my fat allowance using these SF creamers.  I know we still malabsorb some fats, and the scale is still moving down, but the syrups are the ticket,  BTW, that SF International Delight Pumpkin Spice creamer is KILLER!!  Makes me wanna smack my mama, it's so good :)

Goodnight, friends :)

Hi Shelia.  I love your outlook on life, you are an amazing lady!  I have decided to get me some Turkey Bacon this weekend.  I have been missing that flavor of the month.  Good choices on the S.F. syrups.  I also am partial to English Toffee and German Chocolate Cake for my shakes!  Have a good Morning.

Hi Iris...going to order that next time.  Wish I'd known it was good.  I ordered 3 that I'd never had before.  Have you tried the root beer?  Have a great day :)
