Couch 25k
I started the couch 25k today. Is anyone else currently doing it or is anyone interested in joining me? I've started it before, but never been able to complete it. This time I am more determined than ever! I've made a lot of other behavioral changes lately, so I know I can do this. I gave up my cherished Diet Pepsi and all other pop. I also quit drinking with my meals, which was the hardest change of all for me to make. I would rather drink than eat all day long. I'd love to have some company, so please join me!

C25K, is a running program for non runners, literally to take you from the couch to a 5K in 10 weeks.

I would, but I don't run. And I will not run... I tried so many times and my back and my boobs just don't like that....
I walk.. I can walk, fast walk, very fast... but running this "older lady" will not do...
Have fun...
My daily goal is 4 miles a day (8,000 steps a day.) so far so good.. One day I will increase that to 10,000 steps..
