Good luck to those starting the 5DPT today. Love the positive self talk that Gaby was putting out there - YOU CAN DO THIS!! Tess - Sorry about the Migraines - they suck. My oldest had hossible migraines when he was younger --- no meds would touch them. He would have to finally get to the point that he'd throw up and then they went away. He struggled for years but seems to have outgrown them during his late teens.
We've got rain coming in later today bringing us a cool front. It has been HOT here. I'm looking forward to the cooler fall temps. Time to get my walk on. I posted seperately about my iron levels. YEAH ME!!!! I've gone from an 11 to a 200. No wonder I feel better.
Today's eats are looking like:
Commute: Coffee
Breakfast: 1/2 bagel with Cream cheese from Panera Bread
Lunch: 1/2 Chicken Salad from Panera Bread
snack: coffee
Dinner: Steak fajita
If anyone is looking for a GREAT coffee - Trader Joe's has a Pumpkin Spice coffee. I've found that I really, really like the taste of it with some splenda in it (no creamer). It's fabulous.

Morning! Well it's another Monday and another day to try to get back on track! Hubby and I made a bet on who can lose 10lbs by thanksgiving, the prize in new clothes! Wish me luck! We got a kitten yesterday, yikes! So far things are going well and the 3 year old is starting to back off and they are becoming good friends.
my eats:
B: cereal
S: coffee and chocolate protein shake with almond milk
L: not sure maybe a salad and leftover pizza
S: protein shake
d: grilled chicken and green beans
S: another shake?
Started my 5DPT today too! The craving are kicking up but I have to be strong. As I walked into work this morning, I could smell Ev-er-thing from every restaurant in SF.'
B: Chocolate Shake ( Almond Milk, protein powder, unsweetened chocolate, plain Greek yogurt)

D: Hot chicken broth with protein powder, if it taste okay.
I plan to walk through China town for 25 minutes.
Supplements on track and water (a struggle) is on track for now.

Quick one tonight. Recumbent bike workout done, 65 mins covering 9.7 miles. Today I ate:
B: 5 strips low sodium turkey bacon, coffee with Splenda, 3 tbsps FF half & half + 2 tbsp SF creamer
S: Light & Fit Greek yogurt with 2 tbsps All Bran + 1 tbsp SF creamer
L: 1 c tuna salad on sandwich thin, 1/2 c Brussels sprouts, 2 tsps whipped butter
D: 4 1/2 oz lean beef burger (no bun), 1 oz cheddar, mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, 1/2 Wendy's grilled chicken and bacon Cobb salad (no croutons) 1 tbsp FF raspberry vinaigrette dressing
