Good Morning Botts:
It is a chilly start to the week here in Mississippi but I welcome it with open arms. It will be a great evening to walk in the neighborhood. I had a great Saturday with my family over at Ole Miss but had a terrible migraine on Sunday. Spent the entire day in bed and missed my son-n-law's birthday....On the bright side I did not get a chance to eat birthday cake. I maybe would have had a bite or two. The top of my head is still sore this morning though. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee with Miralax
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Dinner: Roast Beef and Green Beans
Snack: Pudding or NSA ice cream
I plan to walk 3 miles around the neighborhood for exercise.

I am still in Charleston - 3 day weekend wedding of my friend's daughter. Great people, wonderful and beautiful girl married really nice guy with great family... Such a joy to be as part of that..
Food wise I did OK...but my poor liver will need a break from all the wine and other alcohol. Lately I crave peanuts and ate probably a pound (at least - as my BF said) just this weekend. Otherwise - I ate cheese, chicken, meat and little bit veggies... I know better to eat any carbs or sugar. And since I am following FODMAP + low carb diet - I don't get too much gas or pains from gas. And my gas - when I have it - is no longer to is, it is more of a normal person ... So staying in a hotel wity my honey is not an issue. Peanuts helps with BM so my system is working great. I don't plan to weigh myself until a week from now... I don't want the enlarged liver to affect my weight... (Lol - my poor poor liver -- but I promised her a break) After all it was a polish-american wedding....
I could not post (?????) In Shiela Sunday post - but I wanted to tell her that she is doing so well.
I also want to wish Iris thee best for her during follow up and tghedbestvto her Mom. Iris - you are a busy 'iron' woman ...

Chilly day here in Wisconsin as well! I love fall so I am excited about this time of year :) Today will be mentally and emotionally challenging, but I am taking a deep breath and relying on God to get me through the day. The end of the day can not come soon enough.
Today I am starting on the 5 day pouch test again. So my day looks like:
B: Protein Drink - Unjury with Unsweetened Almond Milk
S: Protein Drink with Coffee and Unjury
L: Protein Drink
S: Sugar Free Jello
D: Protein Drink
S: Sugar Free Jello
Forgot my vitamins this morning so I will take them when I get home. Exercise, hopefully I will get some Insanity in this evening as well.

Tess, I am glad your migraine is gone now...even the pain afterward is harsh...I know what you mean about still having a sore head. As if you needed a reminder, huh?! Feel better!
Hala, I'm glad you enjoyed the three day wedding, it sounds like you really had a good time.
I saw that Calibelle is starting the 5 day pouch test today and decided to join her, and any others who are doing it. I have not done it before but I could use a re-set so that I can kick the dreaded carb cravings.

This is my plan for today. I am strong enough to do this. I can stick with this. I choose to succeed.
