I am waiting on the auditor to arrived. I am primed and ready to go. Yay!!! Going to Ole Miss tomorrow for a campus tour with my son. Looking forward to a busy weekend. Hope everybody has a great day. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: two cups coffee w/miralax in one
Snack: Quest Brownie Bar
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Vitatop
Dinner: Veggies not sure which ones yet
Snack: Vitatop
Exercise: walking in my neighborhood. Loving my walks

Ok, not off to the best start today, but I still have time to work on that.
Eating today:
B: Banana and SF Skinny Soy Vanilla Latte from Starbucks
S: Nutri Grain Fruit Crunch bar
L: Tuna with a teaspoon of mustard
S: Sugar free jello
D: Grill Protein of some kind
Vitamins are in for the day, and really need to work on my water. Trying to figure out a better balanced diet, I have been really heavy on the protein, possibly too much. Trying to get my calories again down to around 1,000. I've been averaging around 1400. (eating more with my work outs). I can do this!
Exercise today - Planning on 45-50 minutes of Insanity tonight when I get home from work.

Good evening, BOTT friends,
Quick post tonight...going out to spend some time on the pier for some relaxation. Did 2 bike workouts today totaling 91 mins and covering 13.2 miles. Feeling great tonight, so I thought I'd go watch some people fishing since I can't participate :( Today I ate:
B: 1 c All Bran, 3/4 c almond milk, 3 tbsps SF creamer
L: grilled chicken breast slices on sandwich thin, 2 tsps mayo, coffee with Splenda, 4 tbsps FF half & half
S: apple slices, 1 Laughing Cow Light Swiss wedge
D: 1 c homemade pulled chicken barbecue, 1/4 c Bojangles pintos, 1/4 c vinegar cole slaw (no mayo type)
LNS: grilled chicken breast if hungry when I get home...or Greek yogurt
