Good Morning Botters:

I woke up this morning thinking it was hump day again.  I bet I rolled over in my bed at 30 times last night.  I sure hope I burned some calories.  My eats for today are:

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

Breakfast #2:  Coffee again

Snack:  Quest Protein Bar

Lunch:  Protein Shake & Banana

Snack:  Quest Protein Bar

Dinner:  Grilled Chicken Salad

Snack:  Protein Vanilla Pudding

Exercise:  I walked last night for 3.2 miles again and I am going to exercise my jaw today at the Dentist this afternoon.  Not sure I be wanting to walk afterwards.  May just ride the bike.

I hope everybody has a great Thursday and please remember those vits and fluids.

Good Morning!

I have been meaning to ask Tess, what is the Miralax and Coffee you are drinking?  It is just fiber and coffee? Is it filling or any reason you choose Miralax and coffee?

I am feeling rather energized today, which is the complete opposite of how I have been feeling for the last few weeks, and I am loving it and appreciating it today!

What I have planned today:
B: Protein Coffee Drink and a little more coffee :)

S: Maybe some Sugar free jello or more protein

L: Seafood - Going out with the coworkers to try a new seafood place, thinking Seared Tuna or peel and eat shrimp

S: Sugar Free Jello

D: Burger lettuce wraps with grilled veggies

S: Protein drink

Really trying to watch the calories today. My workout was not as intense today, since it was a recovery day.  I have been eating what I have been burning in calories every day, so I think I need to bring that back down.  Switching to unsweetened Almond Milk (half the calories) and trying to knock out all of the coffee and creamer I am drinking, and maybe step up the exercise a little more.

Vitamins are in, but need to work on my water. I have been really bad with that lately. On a positive note, weight is remaining the same and no crazy fluctuations this week :)

I drink Miralax in my coffee daily so that I am regular in the bathroom.  My doctor recommended it after having severe issues.  Coffee and Miralax every morning starts my day off right!

Miralax is not a fiber but a stool softener. I use generic Costco brand. I really helps me regular... I had major issues with constipation..

Good morning BOTTs.

I had a wonderful birthday, and again, thank you all for the birthday wishes!  I saw my parents, my favorite uncle, and my son came over after work.  He moved out about a year and a half ago and although we text regularly, seeing him is just wonderful.  He stayed longer than usual and watched a movie with his sister and me.  Honestly the whole evening felt like a hug!  Okay...enough of the mushy stuff, but thanks for letting me share.

Breakfast:  protein drink

Snack:  Orange slices

Lunch: chicken taco

Snack: protein bar

Dinner:  fish and veggies

Snack:  Sugar free ice cream 1/4 cup

Going for another walk at lunch time today.

Have a wonderful day, friends.

Good evening, BOTT friends,

Another busy day starting with getting the 5 yr old grandbaby off to school.  Picked her up early, off to dance class (for her, lol), followed by a visit with my mom, shopping, laundry, dinner for the girls at McDonald's, KFC for me (too tired to cook), then a short bike workout.  Not too bad for someone with a bad back, but I'm feeling it now and it is ANGRY tonight!  Recumbent bike workout done for 36 mins covering 5 miles.  Today I ate:

B:  5 strips low sodium turkey bacon, 1 egg, sandwich thin, 1 tbsp grated parmesan

S:  1.5 ozs pistachios (measured in shell)

L:  KFC grilled chicken leg and wing (skinless), 2/3 c grapes

D:  KFC grilled breast (skinless), McDonald's SF french vanilla iced coffee with 2 tbsps SF creamer

S:  Vanilla protein powder with almond milk, 1/2 medium banana, 3 tbsp SF creamer

Trying to get the water in for the night, then a couple late night TV shows until I drift off.  Hope everyone has a good night, and a less restless night for you, Tess since we know your audit is pending for tomorrow.  Good luck!
