Ugh feeling icky.... Just want to sleep but with a 3 year old, it's not that easy!
EATS:
B: chocolate protein shake with 4oz almond milk, coffee
S: half an apple with chunky peanut butter
L: salad?
S: another shake
D: spaghetti and meatballs (trying to just have meatballs but we shall see)
lots of water durning the day

It's late, so I'll make this brief. Recumbent bike workout done, 66 mins covering 8.5 miles. Today I ate:
B: 1 c All Bran with Splenda, 3/4 c almond milk, and 4 tbsps SF creamer
L: Salad with lettuce, 1 hard boiled egg, 1 can water packed tuna, 2 tbsps light ranch dressing, medium banana
S: Iced coffee with Splenda, 6 tbsps SF creamer
D: 1 c homemade pulled chicken barbecue, sandwich thin
S: 1 c spaghetti spaghetti sauce with ground turkey
