Welcome Kathy. October 1st is an awesome time to start posting and preparing for the extra calories coming to you from the holiday season. I always try to prepare because I know I am eating some high calories treats for Christmas. It is my right especially since I am making them for everybody else. Welcome aboard.

Breakfast: protein drink
Snack: grapes
Lunch: turkey slices wrapped around pickles with string cheese
Snack: almonds
Dinner: steamed ahi and green beans
Snack: protein bar
Vits and water all day long.

I've got my vitamins in for the day. Just have to remember to take my extra iron at bedtime tonight. It was cold when I got to work this morning, I went out at lunchtime and started to sweat - 80+ degrees. Beautiful day though. Planning on snapping the dog's leash on tonight and getting a little bit longer walk on.

Commute: Pumpkin Spice coffee (Trader Joe's --OMG!!!)
Breakfast: Mini Wheats & FF Lactose free milk (great source of iron)

Lunch: Ham on Arnold's sandwich thin (wheat & flax)

Dinner: Spaghetti Sauce (I eat it like Chili ---no pasta for me)
May have an iced pumpkin spice coffee this evening while I watch NCIS.

Ok,
I have to say I am a little hungry today!
I ended up having a large salad at lunch (spinach and veggies with vinaigrette) with 2 hard boiled eggs and a half can of albacore tuna and some grapes.
Having a protein drink now, but man am I hungry today. I am more hungry today than I was on the first 2 days of the 5 day pouch test. I guess I can chalk it up to one of those days?! Oh I am really craving a grilled cheese, and I can't eat cheese at all!
Hmmm, I will have to fight through this today!
