Okay, I am starting to sweat...I guess nerves are kicking in. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Protein Shake & Banana
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Dinner: Something with Chicken
Snack: Protein Pudding
Exercise: I plan to walk again this afternoon. Yesterday temps were around 75 and it felt wonderful. Can't wait to do it again.

My new protein arrived last night, I got the unjury chocolate splendor I think it is. Holy sweetness, a little too much for me. Ill have to find a way to tone that down a little. I am praying that this government shut down doesn't last long, I don't have my passport back yet! I won't freak out yet, but it is a little unsetteling.
Today I am planning:
Breakfast - Coffee Protein Drink ( I think this ended up more as ho****er and protein, but I am not dumping it out!) :)
S: Sugar Free Jello
L: Tuna with Mustard I think or hard boiled eggs
S: Protein drink
D: Grilled Chicken with a Chipotle Lime Rub (maybe as a lettuce wrap)
S: Jello!
Vitamins are in already - need to get some iron in later and my B12 shot for the month and I'll be set. Exercise was 40 minutes of Insanity this morning - vigorous cardio :) I am weighing in at 150.8 today. Going to watch my calories closely and hopefully see a few lbs drop off this week :)
