Thank you Iris.  I am going to need it today!  Had a good night last night and I got in a 3.2 mile walk.  It really cleared my mind.  I feel good about the audit today!!

Okay, I am starting to sweat...I guess nerves are kicking in.  My eats for today are:

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

Snack:  Quest Protein Bar

Lunch:  Protein Shake & Banana

Snack:  Quest Protein Bar

Dinner:  Something with Chicken

Snack:  Protein Pudding

Exercise:  I plan to walk again this afternoon.  Yesterday temps were around 75 and it felt wonderful.  Can't wait to do it again.

Good Luck today Tess!

My new protein arrived last night, I got the unjury chocolate splendor I think it is.  Holy sweetness, a little too much for me.  Ill have to find a way to tone that down a little.   I am praying that this government shut down doesn't last long, I don't have my passport back yet!  I won't freak out yet, but it is a little unsetteling.

Today I am planning:

Breakfast - Coffee Protein Drink ( I think this ended up more as ho****er and protein, but I am not dumping it out!) :)

S: Sugar Free Jello

L: Tuna with Mustard I think or hard boiled eggs

S: Protein drink

D: Grilled Chicken with a Chipotle Lime Rub (maybe as a lettuce wrap)

S: Jello! 

 

Vitamins are in already - need to get some iron in later and my B12 shot for the month and I'll be set.  Exercise was 40 minutes of Insanity this morning - vigorous cardio :) I am weighing in at 150.8 today. Going to watch my calories closely and hopefully see a few lbs drop off this week :)

I drink the chocolate splendor all the time.  I do like it sweet but you can tone it down by adding a shot of black coffee.  Yum!

Okay y'all I am going NUTS!!!! The auditor just called to reshedule again for Friday.  I just want this over with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ugh!

Gaby I walk yesterday afternoon until my hamstrings screamed.  Then I limped home, took a shower and laid in my recliner the rest of the evening.
