Good evening, BOTT friends,
Great day today, and hoping for a good night's sleep because I sure could use one. So this post won't be a long one. Got a very nice recumbent bike workout in this afternoon...my energy was high, and my back was being very cooperative :) I got in 74 minutes, covering 10.5 miles. Today I ate:
B: 4 strips low sodium turkey bacon, 2 scrambled eggs, sandwich thin with 2 tsps whipped butter, coffee with Splenda and 3 tbsps SF hazelnut creamer
L: 2 ozs low sodium deli ham, 1 c cooked cabbage
S: apple slices, 2 wedges Laughing Cow light Swiss cheese
D: 5 ozs leftover homemade turkey meatballs w/marinara, sandwich thin, 1 tbsp parmesan, 1 c cooked cabbage
