My audit is tomorrow and my boss took me out of the office all day yesterday to punch out a house. My life will be hectic today. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Dry Cereal
Dinner: Left over Calazone from our B'Day celebration with our son last night
Biking

It's a beautiful morning here in Carolina. I've got the vitamins in. I've already switched over from my coffee to my tea. I've got the tiger by the tail (as my Daddy used to say).
I'm going tomorrow for my follow up blood work. It's been 2 weeks since the iron infusion and I really do feel different. The headaches and restless leg are gone. My energy level is better than I can remember it being in a long time. I'm thinking this blood work will show a great big check in the WIN box.
Breakfast - Oatmeal & banana
Lunch - Tossed Salad & Ham on sandwich thin (flax & whole wheat)
Dinner - Roast Beef w/ green beans & Grapes while I'm watching TV

Iris, I love the sandwich thins with flax seed on top. When I first started buying them, there were more seeds. I make sure to get every seed from the bottom of the bag...love to crunch them between my front teeth :)

Today I am on Day 3 of my 5 day pouch test, and I am so happy to eat some solid food! I felt that tightness this morning already and OH my! I had a hard boiled egg and thought It was all coming back up on me!!
Here is what I have planned:
B: Hard Boiled Egg
S: Hard Boiled Egg and half of an egg white and coffee
L: Scrambled Eggs with Salsa
S: Can of solid white Albacore Tuna with a teaspoon of yellow mustard
D: More Scrambled Eggs with Salsa
S: Protein drink
Weighed myself today and I was down another 2 lbs! I have gone from 164 to 148 in 10 days, and I just don't feel "bloated" like I was feeling. Working on the vitamins for today. I see everyone talking about these quest bars, I think I am going to try these! Has anyone tried the quest pasta by any chance??
Exercise - 45 Minutes of insanity first thing this morning.

I'm taking care of me in another respect today, time for the ObGyn appt for the Pap. Is it funny that I am looking forward to blowing out of work two hours early even tho it's to hear, "Scooch down a little further and relax your knees."? Haha

It's after midnight, and I have an early morning dental appt. so I'll be brief. Bike workout done earlier this evening, 84 mins covering 12.1 miles. I had more carbs than usual today (good carbs :) so I wanted to be sure to work them off. Today I ate:
B: 1 c All-Bran, 1/2 c almond milk, 2 tbsps SF hazelnut creamer
S: Iced coffee with Splenda and 5 tbsps SF hazelnut creamer, 3/4 c pistachios (measured in shell)
L: BLT with 6 strips low sodium turkey bacon on sandwich thin, 2 tsps mayo, lettuce, tomato
S: 3 c watermelon chunks (didn't plan to go there but my mom "forced" me, lol)
D: 5 ozs homemade turkey meatballs in marinara, 3/4 c cooked cabbage, 1 tbsp shredded parmesan
