Back On Track Together

After two weeks of traveling for work I am trying to get back into the loss zone to bring my weight down. I've compared my stats to a lot of other guys about the same hieight and starting weight Pre-Op. I am convinced that I can find the way to lose more weight. I always wondered why some could reach a certain level but others could not.
Water first
Breakfast: Egg Omelet with Corn Thins
Dairy: Plain Greek Yogurt, with Splenda
Lunch: MIssed - but recovered with Tomatoes & Peppers
Snack: Baybel Cheese, more Tomatoe, Turkey Jerky
Dinner: 2 oz Salmon, Small Salad, Cup of popcorn
I follow the no drinking rule while eating rule, but drink throughout the day otherwise. I usually can make it an hour after a meal before I drink. Was able to make it into the gyme for a 40 minute work out. Last night was support group, where I sometimes co-lead for our center.

You will find your way to lose the rest of the weight that you want to. It is just a matter of finding what works and staying at it. When my weight would stall, I would increase my exercise by 30 minutes. This work for me and it enable me to lose 70 lbs. of regain in 8 months. You can to.
