I am very tired this morning and not quite bushy tailed to start this week off. Had a good weekend but just did not get enough sleep in. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Quest Brownie Bar
Snack: Cheese & Crackers
Dinner: Beef Quesadilla
Snack: 100 calorie Popcorn Probably
Going out to dinner with my family to celebrate my son's upcoming birthday. He will be 18th on Wednesday.
I hope everybody week starts off great and continues through the end. Remember those vits and fluids today!
Tess, Isn't this audit week? Sorry you're not starting your week well rested. I watched TV way to late last night. Only one more episode of the Breaking Bad series. I have enjoyed that show. Always full of plot twists and surprises.
So glad I made a pot of soup yesterday. I love knowing I don't have to come home and cook. I've got a couple of fall decorating projects I'd really like to work on. I should be able to get a jump start on those tonight.
Eats today are planned out. Vitamins and meds for the week are in my little green reminder thingy. I'm feeling pretty accomplished this morning. Now that the weather has cooled up I'll be walking during my lunch hour. I'm loving having my energy back.

It is Iris. And now, my boss wants me to do a punch list on a house a hour away from the office. That will be at least 4 hours lost. I can see I will be taking the books home with me this week to finish up before Friday. And the hits just keep on coming!!!!! Your soup does sound delish. I am waiting for the first cold spell and going to make a pot of chili with some homemade muffins (carbs galore). Have a good day.
I did a few stupid things over the weekend and as I result my BS drooped.. due to my RH..
It was a combination of things.. wine, some carbs, not enough cortisone... etc.
My goals this week are:
- no wine
- limit carbs
- slow down eating and really chew my food ( I have tendency to eat too fast and not chew enough)

Good morning! I had a pretty good weekend, we went to napa on Saturday and enjoyed WAY to much wine..... I was feeling it by the 3rd taste! The guy show was helping us was very generous with his pours! lol anyways I was going to try to detox from carbs starting today but my protein hasn't shipped yet. Hopefully it will arrive here tomorrow and I can get back on track on Wednesday.

L: leftover tri tip
D: we are having breakfast for dinner so pancakes and bacon
