Good afternoon, BOTT friends,

Had some free time, and thought I'd start the C&C for today.  I didn't post at all yesterday, but had no deviation from my normal food intake.  No recumbent bike workout yesterday, but I just completed a long one this afternoon and still feeling good, so I will now try to get my closet cleaned which is a chore I've been needing to do for the last 9 yrs.  My husband passed away in 2004, and all of his things...work uniforms, clothes, shoes, mementos, etc. are still in that closet.  It's not that I've been holding onto them for any good reason.  It's just that I haven't given it a priority.  I did cover everything in plastics, and it's neat and orderly....but it's still there and taking up needed space.  So I'll be giving it away to a thrift store, and some of it, I'm sure, can still be used if not too outdated.

Other than that, things are going pretty well.  I'm staying on track, getting my workouts in and keeping pretty busy (the granddaughters see to that, lol).  I'll post my eats now, but might change my plans later.  So far, I've only eaten a light breakfast, but lunch will be what I post.  Dinner should stay the same, and I might add a late night snack while watching late night horror movies (my Saturday night staple) with my BF.   I wish everyone a great weekend with family and friends.  Have fun!

It's been a good day for me too. Got my laundry and housework done early this morning. Did a little shopping with my Moma . Then I managed to get my grocery shopping done. Traffic was so backed up coming off the beach that I have to go back tomorrow for my perishables.  Some brilliant person has decided to close one of bridges to repave it. OMG. It's a nightmare. It's supposed to take 8 months to get the job done.

I've been good on my WW points today. I think I may have to soon go to bed though so I don't start mindlessly eating. David has picked out a Netflix movie that's honestly boring me to tears. I guess it's all the more reason to call it a night.

When getting from point A to point B requires a bridge, tunnel or a mix of the two, closing one for 8 months is just a nightmare!  But I guess that's what we have to endure when we live near so much water...beautiful, but sometimes a headache.  Wouldn't move away for a zillion $'s though :)   Good job on the WW's and have a great rest of the weekend!
