Snack: Pure Protein Bar
Lunch: Lite Hot Pocket
Snack: Banana
Dinner: Steak Quesadilla
Snack: NSA Ice Cream
Exercise: Biking
I hope everybody has a wonderful day, remember your vits and fluids and smile, Friday is almost here!
Friday is so close I can almost smell it!! It's been a long week. I've been busy and I FEEL GOOD! I am looking forward to the weekend though - this is the off weekend so there are no kids and we don't have any company or family obligations. I think this is only the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened since the wedding in July. Yippee!! We get to act like Newlyweds.
It feels strange tracking the Weigh****cher points. Yesterday went really well and even though it felt weird it was nice to be mindful of what I was eating. It may be just what I need to get my head back into the mindset of healthy. I'm giving it a month to see how it goes. I'll re-evaluate in Mid October.
Tonight our local Home Dept is having their Ladies Night program so my Aunt and I are going to that. Tonight's topic is tile...back splashes, floors & furniture. They have a catered dinner and then a How to workshop. I'm kinda excited about that. I've been spending way to munch time on Pinterest and have a ton of DIY ideas. And the great thing about tonight is....IT's FREE!!! Plus a ton of door prizes.
I've got my vitamins in for the day already. I've finished my coffee and moved on to my decaf iced tea. Life is good. Hope yall all have great days.

Hi Iris,
I could not resist and sure do not mean to offend...
Did you really intend to say "munch" time on Pinterest? Dang, sometimes I wonder if looking at the recipes and seeing what some people post that pops up on my facebook page is really such a good idea to be looking at....LOL
Louise
lol...no offense taken (ever). It was a typo but you are correct in pointing out that it may be a "freudian slip". I have to stay away from the food section. I swear I can gain weight just looking at some of those foods....especially the chocolate desserts.

Gaby,
I am newbee here on this thread, I see you had RNY in 2008. I have to ask you how you do with your diet? I feel like I would go crazy and be hungry all day! It also makes me realize how much more I eat now than I did first out of surgery. Is this something you went back to after a while? Interested to see what kind of things others have gone through and how they changed their diets to go back to living how we should be. Its good to see this!! It will give me some motivation for tomorrow as I start again.
