Back On Track Together

Tess,
I forgot a couple things.
The first one is - What is the difference in REPLY and QUOTE? For instance, how do you get your reply to come underneath the post to which you are replying?
The second one is that if you think you might be in a new job, try visualizing it and putting it out there where it is safe, even if only in your prayers. I really believe that when you put it out there, things begin to change. I checked in on the OH boards I do not know how many times and right when I got serious about making changes, I found this group - all at the right time!
Louise
I have never used quote but on the reply if someone replies to someone that you are replying to, who ever replies first gets underneath first. But I get all of my replies regardless to what order they are underneath my name. I am going to put some feelers out there to see if anyone is looking for help while we are going through this transition. Hopefully, the company will survive, just nervous.
Of course you want your company to survive; I just think it is a good idea to have a backup plan, plan ahead and keep options open. I have found that being prepared can help make a transition time easier. I never would have got the job I have now if I had not done some background work in advance - worse yet, if I had started in a lower position with the thought of moving into what I was more qualified for, I would have been shut out from moving up because too many steps apart. Luckily before that happened, the job I was qualified for opened up and I qualified for it right about when I figured out most of the ins and outs of applying.
Good evening, BOTT friends,
Short one tonight...tired and back aching, so no bike workout today. Have to get the baby granddaughter off to school in the a.m. so I think I'll just try to get a few winks more than my usual. Today I ate:
B: 5 strips low sodium turkey bacon, 1 c cantaloupe
L: 1 1/4 c tuna salad, sandwich thin, 1 thin slice deli cheese, dill pickle slices
S: 2 c watermelon chunks, 6 natural almonds
D: grilled chicken breast (skinless)
Hope today (it's after midnight now) brings less stress at the workplace for you, Tess. You're in my thoughts. Goodnight friends :)
