Good Morning Botts:
Someone's boss is going out of town today and want be back to Monday. Who's rest of the week just got better? Mine did!!!!! He is a great boss but a little overbearing under foot for 8 hours. I have to get him on the job sites quickly. It is how we work so well together. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Breakfast: Protein Shake
Lunch: Quest Cookie Dough Bar
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Soup and Salad at the Olive Garden
Snack: Protein Bar
I plan to exercise my lungs and legs tonight! My daughter and I have tickets to go see Miranda Lambert and Dierk Bentley in Concert. I am going to shake my booty and dance all night. I hope everybody has a great day and remember those vits and fluids.

Today is my last iron infusion. Yippee!! I really do feel better. I wouldn't say that I'm 100% (compared to how I felt at my lowest weight of 208) But I feel like I'm getting ready to drop 40 lbs here in the next few months so I can soon feel that way again real soon. The Doc is weaing me off of my hormone replace therapy that I've been on since my hysterectomy in 2005. Man I'm having crazy dreams. On the days I take the estrogen - no dreams. On the off day - CRAZY. But there haven't been any hot flashes or extreme mood swings. I'll take the dreams.
I walked more last night in the neighborhood than I have in the last 2 years. It was a perfect night and I just really didn't want to be indoors. Hope that trend continues. Not only did the exercise feel good but it was so nice to get caught up on all the gossip too!! lol

lunch: chef salad with ranch
snack: iced coffee (sugar free)
dinner: Mexican chicken w/ beans, guacamole & sour cream

Welcome to a new day. Miranda Lambert in concert? Yay!!!!! What a fun night you will have with your daughter!
I love walks in my neighborhood, too, but there's no chit chat among neighbors other than friendly waves or a "how ya doing" nod of the head. I love to see neighborhoods where there is a lot of interaction. It always looks fun, especially on holidays.

Good evening, BOTT friends,
Well, it's official. Had to see my pain management doc today (back acting awful lately) and while there they weighed me. One of my sets of scales needed batteries and I kept forgetting to buy some, so I hadn't had a good weigh-in in about 2 wks ( I always weigh on both for accuracy). I weighed the same at home and at his office. I've dropped 4 more lbs to 184! I've now lost 54 lbs of my 71 lb re-gain, and only 17 lbs to go to reach my original lowest weight of 167, or 24 lbs to reach my goal of 160.
I am so grateful to God for all blessings, including finding my way back on track.
This is my third day of skipping my recumbent bike workout and I miss it, but I had to recuperate from the invasive procedure done on Tuesday, and the pain was really too severe today. But I will be right back at it tomorrow, come hell or high water. My eats for today were high carb due to watermelon, but well under my calorie limit. Watermelon is all gone now :) Today I ate:
B: 2 eggs + 1 egg white, sandwich thin, 1.5 tbsps light butter sub, coffee with Splenda, almond milk and 1 tbsp SF creamer
L: 3 c watermelon chunks, small grilled chicken thigh (skinless)
S: 3/4 c pistachios (measured in shell)
D: 3 c watermelon chunks
