Oh Tess, I am so sorry about the root canal, gone bad. Dental issues are no fun at all, especially when things don't go as planned.
Angela, 5 years out is a big deal. Last month (August 18th) was my five year RNY anniversary. How are you doing after your TT?
Hala, what a horrible thing to have to go through at work...those fans sound thunderous. I hope it dries quickly.

Tess,,,congrats on the 6 lb loss! Saw your post to me from this morning on yesterday's C&C, and don't worry, you will get used to the bike in no time flat. I started off slowly, but when I'm really "in my zone", I can fly (as long as my back is in agreement :) I used to like using my treadmill, but being that I am restricted from using it, I would have a time trying to get used to walking workouts again. Sorry to hear about everyone's troubles, from the root canal, to the flooding, etc. Hope tomorrow brings a better day.
My myelogram is done, and I am now on 24 hrs of bedrest (with bathroom privileges). No results until I see my doc. It was easier (and faster) than I anticipated, and so far I haven't suffered any ill effects. So no bike workout today (of course) and I've done my eating since arriving home at 5pm (might ea****ermelon while watching my late night shows).
B: none
L: none
S: 1 c All Bran with Splenda, 1 c almond milk
D: grilled chicken leg, thigh and wing (skinless, and small enough to pass as pigeon parts), 4 ozs unsweetened applesauce
LNS: 3 c watermelon chunks (maybe)
Goodnight friends :)
Hugs..
