Thanks so much, Tess. Your positive attitude and encouragement has been incredible. I could not be doing this without your support and the support of my other BOTT friends here. Thanks for the insight on your mesh...I didn't know that could be an option. I will pop over to that forum soon because I do have some questions.

Jenn,

Thanks for sharing some history for us newbies that do not know you and for letting me know your routine...I might need a nap later-LOL.

I had a breast reduction in 1998,  a full 10 years before my WLS and they took 4 pounds off each side.  In all my years of yoyo dieting, I never lost in the chest area and was so grateful to have the reduction!  My insurance covered the whole thing, too - Bonus!!.  My god, it was so nice to have people stop talking to my chest.

After my WLS, I was really glad I had already had the reduction - I hate to think what the effects would have been.  If I had not lost, like my history shows that I would not, that would be omg, really something to look at, and if I lost alot of breast tissue, what was that going to be like.  Sometimes I think, maybe a lift and a little more would be nice....but no insurance is going to pay for that and the only Plastic Surgery I consistently think about is a facelift - you cannot wear capri pants to cover up the saggy skin like on your legs or the spanx to lift up and take in the loose skin like my waist....  I pretty much quit thinking about any of this when I quit working on losing to goal...so now maybe I will make that a gift after crossing the finish line and staying there for awhile....

Have a great day!!

Louise
