Hi Shelia.  Good luck today on your test and good call on the bran cereal last night.  I find that a heavy fiber cereal holds me up longer when I have to go without food the next morning.  I rode my bike last night but I am definitely going to have to work up my miles.  Either my tension is too tight or my knees are too stiff but I did get in 2 miles starting out.
