Hi there. We post daily what we eat, what exercise we do and generally, what ever else is on our minds. It is just a way to stay in touch and be accountable to ourselves. We ask for advice and we give advice as we know it, if asked. A lot of people lurk which is great but participating really helps me stay on track daily. Come and post your daily cardio and cafe, we would love to have you participate.
