Sorry Ruby, I must have missed it. I take two cups of 1% milk, 1 box of S.F. Jello Vanilla Pudding and two scoops of Unjury Vanilla Protein Powder and mix together, mix and powder first then I add the pudding mix. I also use S.F. Chocolate pudding with my Unjury Chocolate Protein powder. This makes 4 servings at 14.5 grams of protein and 115 calories. I bump my serving up to about 140 calories because I add 2 tbl. spoons of S.F. F.F. Cool Whip Topping too! Hope you make some and enjoy it as much as I do.
Hello friends...late posting again, but I just got an opportunity. Short one. No bike workout on Thursday. My eats were:
B: 5 strips turkey bacon, peach, Iced coffee with Splenda, 4 tbsps light half & half
L: Mixed summer vegetables sauteed in 2 tsps olive oil, peach
S: 1 1/2 c pistachios (measured in shell), 2 low fat mozzarella string cheese sticks
D: None
LNS: 3 c watermelon chunks (out with friends until the wee hrs :)
Got home at 4:15 a.m. Gonna sleep in today (I hope).
