Good Morning Botters and Happy Friday before Labor Day Weekend!!!
It is hard to believe that next week is September!!!! I just got several good purchases for the Labor Day Pre Weekend Sale for Christmas. It wont be long now. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Meatloaf and Green Beans
Snack: Mini Ice Cream Cone

I am off next week.. A mini vacation. A trip to Chicago with my BF..
I took a couple 1/2 days off.. to run some errands.. My housee need a real makeover.. but there is no way I can do that before vacation...

Hello All,
Late post for Friday. Busy last night, and didn't get the opportunity to post. Short bike workout done for 25 minutes covering 3 miles. Got the "forbidden fruit' (watermelon) and ate it 3 times yesterday, but only 2 measured cups at a time (92 cals), so not bad calorie-wise, but higher carbs than I normally eat. Still, my calorie intake was 230 cals less than my norm, so I'm ok with that (I started using myfitnesspal a few weeks ago). My Friday eats were:
B: 2 c watermelon chunks/balls
L: 2 grilled chicken legs (skinless), 2/3 slice deli cheese, 2 c watermelon
D: grilled chicken breast (skinless), Taco Bell pintos and cheese
S: McDonald's SF French vanilla iced coffee
LNS: 2 c watermelon
