Good Morning Botters:
So far so good this morning. My air seems to be working and no flat tires today. My hubby even replaced my brake light this morning so that I can get my van inspected. Good Start today. My eats are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Steak Quesadilla
Snack: 2 pcs. Cracker Toffee-bad, bad, bad
Have a great Tuesday and remember to take those vits and fluids.
I ended up junking it at a fast food joint. As soon as I pulled in the driveway after work yesterday my daughter runs out and jumps in the car needing a ride to soccer practice so I dropped her off and decided not to go back home (we live in the country so long drive back and forth). I stayed in town and went grocery shopping while she was at practice and got really hungry and felt like I couldn't wait until I got back home to eat thus the splurge in the drive-thru. Yep i messed up!
Work is pretty much a Xanax Zoo today. It's just 2 of us here until Thursday (normally there are 5 of us but this week is the state convention). For some reason people have decided to call in more than their fair share of strange questions ----either ehy're plain nuts or there's something in the air that has negated any small amount of common sense that they may ever have had.
I'm thinking that a very long walk is in order this evening while dinner cooks. Fresh air and NO TELEPHONE sounds like Heaven to me at this moment.
Breakfast: Shake ( Lactose free skim & Pure Protein choc. protein powder)
Commute: Coffee
snack: premeasured baggie of dry cereal (Kashi or some sort)
Lunch: Leftover roast chicken
snack: 1/3 regular coke & cheese stick
Dinner: Salisbury Steak bake & brown rice & green beans
lns: Watermelon & Cantaloupe
Got the vitamins in. Need to get back to chugging the tea. I just drank some coke a few minutes ago----felt like I was about to crash and it was the quickest thing I could put my hands on in the office. Feeling better now.

Good afternoon BOTTs.
This morning started out just fine. Got to work....it got a little crazy...maybe something's in the air here too! Then, my period started out of the blue (I will be oh so glad when it decides to stay gone forever) so during lunch I had to run a couple of errands, including a stop for feminine care products...apparently one of the "feminine care products" included a small bag of m&m's. The only evidence of this is the empty bag in my purse because the bag was completely empty before I even got back to work! I never even got to the thought of "just a few and I will toss the rest". I guess I will be thankful that I bought the smallest serving size bag. Moving on.

L- half size berry-almond-chicken salad from Wendy's
S- Protein bar (much better for the chocolate cravings right now...note to self)
D- fish and a green salad
S- nectarine and string cheese
vits and water!!

Gaby, I think my body is trying to go through the change. Some months my period shows up every two weeks and like this month, I am on day 42 waiting for it to show up again. It makes me miserable and totally unprepared for aunt flo. I was craving something sweet yesterday and gave in to a honey bun at the gas station. I guess I ate it too fast or the weather here is too hot but it came up as fast as it went down. I wont try that again for awhile. Make peace with the MM's and keep on trucking. Have a great day!

Another short one tonight...tired and having some crazy back pain tonight, so no bike workout done. I had very few carbs today and feeling a little nauseated tonight. No cravings to speak of, but might feel a little better if I eat a SF pudding. I'll probably try it if the nausea continues and I'm still awake. Today I ate:
B: 4 strips turkey bacon, shake with coffee, 1/2 scoop protein powder, 4 tbsps SF creamer and 2 tbsps light half & half
L: 2.5 ozs deli ham, 1 oz cheddar, small grilled chicken wing
S: 1/2 c pistachios, 2 strips turkey bacon
D: 6 ozs gilled sirloin with onions, mushrooms 1 tbsp A-1 sauce, 1 scrambled egg
