Back On Track Together

There's no way I could make it on that little sleep for a regular basis. I had Iron Infusion #2 and it left me SLEEPY. Tired. Wiped out. Kaput. So I gave into it and went to bed at 6:15 last night. I woke up at 6:30 this morning feeling like a new person. I did notice that after yesterday's infusion I felt achy all over ---especially in my thighs and major joints. This morning it seems to be fine.
Planning on a productive day that's on target for health & fitness.
Breakfast: Protein Bar (pure protein)
Commute: coffee
Breafast #2: scrambled eggs & 1 slice whole wheat toast
Lunch: Chili
snack : Cucumbers and greek yogurt (w/ dry ranch dressing mixed in)
Dinner: Steak Fajitas
I've got my walking shoes and socks with me so I'm planning on a half hour during my lunch hour and then another walk this evening when I get home (as long as there's no extreme joint pain). Lots and lots of decaf tea will be sipped on today as well.
