What Day Is It?  It's HUMP Day!!!!  Good Morning Botts:

It is a beautiful day here in Mississippi even though the heat is back!  I got a lot of walking in yesterday going around looking at different lots to build a house on for my company.  Today my eats are:

Breakfast:  Coffee & Miralax

Snack:  Quest Protein Bar

Lunch:  Quest Protein Bar

Snack:  Grapes

Dinner:  Veggie Burger with the works on a sandwich thin

Snack:  Fruit and yogurt bar

Exercise:  Not sure yet but something.

Have a wonderful day and remember those vits and fluids and just be Happy, Happy, Happy!

Good morning Tess145.

Im in Southern California and it's just 8:15 in the morning. Having my large cup of coffee.

I plan to eat healthy today and get back on track. Still need to make my special Costco trip tonight to buy a couple of stuff to keep me in line.

I really need to lose these extra 35 pounds.

You will get those 35 lbs. knock off in no time at all.  Set you a goal for 5 lbs. at a time, that way it wont see impossible to achieve.  Glad to have you here.

L:  Chicken Veggie soup, Wheat Thins, ½ c mixed fruit in 100% juice

S:  Unjury Protein Shake

D:  baked breaded chicken breast, baked French fries

S:  Ice cream sandwich

TOTALS:   1478 calories, 110g Protein 

WEIGHT:  Pre-Op: 302, Current: 185 (Height:  5’ 7”)

Got the vits down, now I'm staring at my calcium pills on my desk, and today I need to work a little harder on my fluids.

Good evening, BOTT friends,

 

Good day today...got lots of much needed rest being that I average about 3 hrs sleep per 24 hrs.  I slept this morning after waking for my 5:30 am daily chat with my boyfriend during his 1 hr commute to work.  I slept from 8:30 am until a little after noon, and that is a world record for me, lol!  I'm normally awake all day from 5:30 am until after my late night comedies go off, usually around 2-3 am, then awake at 5:30 am for the chat with him.  He always says I'm not human...that nobody sleeps less than I do.  I hardly ever feel like I need sleep.  I think I would make a great research subject.

Got my bike workout in this evening, 60 minutes covering 8 miles.  Today I ate:

 

B:  shake made with vanilla protein powder, almond milk, 2 tbsps light half & half, Splenda and 1 oz toasted and crushed pistachios, 3 ozs deli ham

L:  1 c tuna salad, sandwich thin, McDonald's (medium) SF Iced coffee with 2 extra Splenda and 2 tbsps light half & half

S:  1.5 ozs deli ham

D:  4.5 oz lean beef burger on sandwich thin, 1 slice Swiss, mustard, 1 tbsp ketchup, dill pickle slices

 

Quite a high sodium day, but spending the rest of the night chugging water to flu**** out (ham is another one of my vices).  Goodnight friends :)

Thanks, Tess.  My meals are spaced out for hours sometimes, and dinner is always around 11pm.  I've always eaten very late, but don't snack during the wee hrs.  Working 30 yrs of night shift conditioned me for eating those hrs, but I've been a night owl since childhood.  Had a grandmother who was the very same way :)
