Beautiful outside today, I will have to break away from my office and take a walk or two.

Oh Happy Day...I've got my vitamins in. I'm working on my water (in the form of unsweet decaf at the moment). Got a short walk in during my lunch hour. Life is very good.
breakfast: protein bar
commute: coffee
Breakfast #2: 1/2 bagel with peanut butter
Lunch: Chicken salad with lettuce & sliced tomatoes on a wrap
snack: Coffee
Dinner: Steeak fajitas

I just bought a big box of "Pure Protein" 20g protein bars from Costco. They have 2-3 g of sugar each. It's a variety of 3 different kinds (choco-peanut butter, choc chip, and chocolate). I've only had the choc peanut butter so far, it was pretty good.
Several people I know use Quest protein bars and love them. I haven't tried them yet, however.
Do you have any experience with different brands of protein bars?
Some of protein bars have lots of Sugar Alcohols - watch for that if you are sensitive to them. A lot of people love quest bars - but I found out the hard way that they do make me dump and then gave me RH.. and I also gained weight when I tried to use one quest bar a day instead of a meal.. Some people can digest and absorb the fiber they use in those as simple sugars (I can and there is bunch of other people)
I know Tess is doing great on them as well as many other people, but make sure you can tolerate them. I only use protein bars as an emergency- when I need to bring my BS up really fast.. (crashing to to RH, or exercise). Otherwise I eat nuts and normal foods.
