5 year Surgeversary today

Today is my 5th anniversary for my RNY.   It was a great decision and I have no regrets.  I am up 33 pounds from my lowest and I need to get a grip on it because I don't feel as wonderful as I did when I was at my lowest.  I think now is a great time to get take this horse by the reins and get back to what we all know works.

Happy Sunday to all.

Congrats to you!  You're correct in catching this in the "pony stage" :)  Good luck to you!

Congratulations!
You know you can do it-- it may not be easy or fast - but it can be done- losing the regain... Have fun with it..

Congratulations on your five year anniversary!  You may be up from your lowest but look what you have kept off for five years.  You are still a great success!  You can do lose the regain, just do it five pounds at a time, that way it does not seem undoeable.   Have a great day!

BOTTS, thank you all for your kindness and wonderful words of encouragement!  You are all truly a gift in my eyes and I appreciate you with every ounce of my being.  This is such an important and personal endeavor  for each and every one of us!

Focusing on getting to my goal weight one pound at a time.  Love the idea of focusing on 5 pound victories, Tess.
