Good Morning Botters:
Barely made it in for the morning, it has been a very busy morning for me. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Unjury Protein Shake
Snack: Quest Protein Bar
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Steak Quesadilla
Snack: WW Ice Cream Sandwich
Plan on walking my 2.5 miles this afternoon. Have a great day, great weekend and remember those vits and fluids.
I have an issue with eating these days. Got so busy and did not have time to eat again until late. But knowing that I need to get my proteins I had a large shake, some cheese sticks, almonds and LNS was yogurt with proteins. You got to do whats you got tho do.. Right?

Posting late, but better late than never. On my way outta town and can't wait to get on the road. I need this respite very badly. No bike workout on Friday. Friday's eats were:
B: 2 eggs + 1 egg white, sandwich thin with 1 tbsp butter sub, Iced coffee with Splenda, 5 tbsps light half & half
L: grilled chicken leg (skinless), 1.5 ozs spicy peanuts
D: small grilled chicken breast and wing, 1/2 c pintos
