Short one tonight. Bike workout done, 49 mins covering 6.5 miles. Today I ate:
B: None (fasting for labs)
L: 4 ozs deli ham on sandwich thin, mustard, lettuce, tomato and small lettuce/tomato salad, 2 tbsps light ranch dressing
S: 1 oz peanuts, coffee with Splenda, 3 tbsps light half & half
D: 6 ozs grilled sirloin, 1 tbsp A-1 sauce, 1 c steamed summer vegs
S: medium plum
