Back On Track Together
Saturday, August 10, Cardio & Cafe
Good evening, BOTT friends,
It's late night, and there's no C&C for today, so here's one. Lots of thunderstorms here this evening...just like I like it. Now I'm watching late night horror, and the storms have stopped (would've really set the mood if they continued). Got my recumbent bike workout done earlier today for 65 minutes, covering 8 miles. Today I ate:
B: Iced coffee with vanilla protein powder and 6 tbsps light half & half
L: lettuce salad with 2 hard boiled eggs, 2.6 oz pouch water packed light tuna, 3 tbsps light ranch dressing
S: 1 c fresh strawberries
D: 4.5 oz grilled lean beef burger on sandwich thin, 1 slice deli thin American cheese, 1.5 tbsps ketchup, mustard, dill pickle slices
Hope everyone has a good night and a great weekend :)
Howdy! Thanks for the post:) I am slowly stepping my toe in the BOTT. I am going to do the 5 day pouch test soon and go from there. Thanks for posting what you ate and excercised. I find that very helpful. Yay on the thunderstorms! (I have a crazy story about an F-5 tornado that was 2.6 miles wide that was close to me:) I noticed we have similiar starting weight and regain weight stats. How long have you been BOTTing? Thanks. God Bless!

Hi there, and welcome to BOTT. I joined this site in Feb this year, started the 5DPT on Feb 26, and continued from there. I had regained 71 lbs from my lowest wt of 167, so I started here at 238 and now weigh 189 which has been fluctuating over the last 2 days from 189 to 190.
I highly recommend the 5DPT because, if anything, it eliminates your carb cravings and allows you to feel that restriction again. The lbs I lost doing it did not come back after I finished. I have been losing since, with a few plateaus here and there, which is to be expected. The important thing is I am back in control and eating healthier. When I read my old food journals ( I keep journals good or bad), I can't believe the stuff I was eatingBest of luck to you, and stay strong!! Looking forward to hearing more from you!
