So glad that it is Friday!!!!!!! I got my early morning walk in and my eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Grapes
Lunch: Quest Protein Bar
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Dinner: 1 slice Cheese Pizza
Snack: Protein Shake or something similiar
Exercise: 2.5 walk around the neighborhood

FRIDAY!!!!! FRIDAY!!!! FRIDAY!!!!!!!!!!
It's felt like an exceptionally long week. Ready for a relaxing weekend. This will be the FIRST weekend since the wedding that David and I are alone. He's got plans to help a friend tomorrow morning while I go mow my Moma's yard & pasture but other than that we get to actually behave like newly weds! I can hardly contain myself!
I was raised with family dinners being an important part of the day. Now that we have Cameron living with us not only are we making dinner a sit down affair but we're also having breakfast together. It's amazing to see the difference that these 2 simple actions are having on us as a family. Cameron was really ticked with his Dad for bringing the laptop to the table this morning. New rules were made and the only acceptable programming will be the Weather Channel. No computers in the AM. Gotta love a teenage rebellion especially when it's aimed at the 50 year old's behavior.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs w/ whole wheat toast
commute: decaf tea
Work break: small coffee
snack: grapes & almonds
Lunch: Everything bagel w/ deli chicken & smoked provolone (lettuce & tomatoes)
snack: Yogurt & bear naked granola
Dinner: Beef Stir Fry
Dessert: Banana Protein smothie
Planning another walk after work (as long as the weather cooperates). Got the AM meds and vitamins in already and working on my 2nd glass of decaf iced tea. Hope everyone has a wonderful day.

Short one tonight...no bike workout this evening. Today I ate:
B: Light & Fit Greek yogurt, 1/3 c frozen strawberries
L: 1 c tuna salad, sandwich thin
S: 1/2 medium Chick-Fil-A fresh fruit cup
D: KFC grilled chicken leg and 2 wings (skinless), 1/2 c green beans
LNS: McDonald's SF French vanilla iced coffee
