Back On Track Together

Just a short post and hope everyone had a nice weekend. Bike workout (short one) done for 21 minutes, covering 2.5 miles. Lazy day spent reading and watching TV. Today I ate:
B: large peach
L: Iceberg lettuce salad with 4 ozs grilled chicken breast, 1 hard boiled egg, scallions, 1/2 chopped apple and 3 tbsps light ranch dressing
S: large peach
S: small grilled chicken thigh (skinless)
D: 1 chicken sausage link with peppers, onions, mushrooms, 1/2 c marinara and 1 oz swiss cheese on sandwich thin
