Saturday, August 3rd, Cardio & Cafe

It's after midnight, BOTT friends, and technically Sunday morning, but I couldn't let it go without posting something.  My day was ok....my back painful most of the day, but I did get enough relief to finally get a bike workout in at 11pm.  Watching late night horror now while drinking my iced coffee LNS.  Hope everyone had a great Saturday, and have a great rest of the weekend!

Bike workout done for 41 mins, covering 5 miles.  Today I ate:

 

B:  2 eggs fried in Pam, 6 strips (total during day) turkey bacon, sandwich thin, 1 tbsp light butter sub, coffee with Splenda and 3 tbsps light half & half

S:  1/2 oz mixed nuts

L:  1.5 ozs leftover lean beef burger, 1/3 c steamed summer vegs, large peach

D:  KFC grilled chicken ...2 pigeon sized wings and 2 legs (skinless)

LNS:  Iced coffee with Splenda, 6 tbsps light half & half

Thanks, Tess.  It's becoming a way of life and I'm kinda learning to live with it.  There is another procedure they want to try (since I can't have surgery due to my osteoporosis) but it involves another invasion into my spine and I'm straddling the fence on whether I'll allow it or not.  There are no guarantees that it'll work, so I'm just researching at this point.
