Great day for a restart!

It's raining like crazy here today. I'm so very thankful that yesterday was my whining day and not today. I think the mixture of weather and emotions may have pushed my co-workers over the edge.

Commute: Peanut Butter Protein Bar & 1/3 of my coffee.

Breakfast:  Mini Blue Berry Muffin

lunch:      Frozen entree (Weigh****chers or Lean cuisine)

snack:      Mango

Dinner:    Meatloaf & salad

Brough my walking shoes and socks so I can get some time in on my lunch hour. Looking at what I've eaten already today ----OMG the carbs are killing me. One vice at a time. I realize the pouch has been irritated lately so I'm trying to cut back my daily caffeine intake. Feeling a tick on the EVIL side today.

Yes the chicken soup flavor is good. That is what I add to my noodle soup. I drain off the liquid from the can then add the chicken injury mixed with 4 oz water. Its good by itself too. Taste like Lipton cup of soup to me.

Hello friends,

Late posting again, but better late than never :)  Got my bike workout done during the thunderstorm...38 minutes, covering 5 miles.  I'm on board with you Tess.  I can't do any exercise other than my bike, but when my back says ok, I do rev up my workouts by biking faster and doing intervals.  I also increase the resistance for continual challenges to my body so it doesn't get used to the same ol', same ol'.  My Christmas present to myself this year will be looking long and lean in my black skinny jeans and boots!  Or as long as I can look at 5'3" lol!  My eats were:

B:  shake made with coffee, vanilla protein powder, 1/4 c 1% milk and 3 tbsps light half & half, 4 strips turkey bacon

L:  5 ozs deli low sodium turkey breast on sandwich thin, 2 tsps mayo, lettuce and tomato

S:  4 ozs SF chocolate pudding

S:  Iced coffee with Splenda, 6 tbsps light half & half

D:  7 ozs grilled sirloin, 1 c steamed summer vegs

My daughter is 5'3" and she will rock some skinny jeans and 4" boots.  Keep it all black on the bottom and the eye will travel all the way to your toes for that extra length!
