Happy Hump Day Botters-I'm Back!!!
I had a great vacation and feel awesome! I ate like a pig, swam like a fish (no jaws encounter) but a pretty scary inner tube ride down a high slide and into a waterfall pool and shopped like there was no tomorrow. I hate to see the credit card bill next month....I gained 5 lbs over the lovely trip but two full days of protein only and I am down 6 lbs. this morning yay! Sometimes I just need to let my hair down and go for broke when it comes to eating with NO REGRETS! I missed you guys. I read all the posts yesterday afternoon but decide to start fresh this morning. My eats for today are:
Breakfast: Coffee & Miralax
2nd Breakfast: Chocolate & Banana Protein Shake
Snack: Vitatop Brownie
Lunch: Quest Brownie Protein Bar
Snack: Grapes
Dinner: Protein Shake
Snack: Chocolate Protein Pudding
Got up at 5:30 AM this morning and yesterday morning and walked 2.5 miles around the neighborhood. Feeling Great!

Long, long day for me. No bike workout done as it is after midnight, and I just got in so this will be short. Today I ate:
B: 2 eggs, 4 strips turkey bacon, sandwich thin with 1 tbsp light butter sub, 3/4 c cantaloupe
L: small grilled chicken thigh (skinless****d coffee with Splenda and 6 tbsps light half & half
S: 1/2 oz pork rinds
D: 1 c pulled chicken barbecue (no bun), 3/4 c cantaloupe
S: (while visiting family) 3 ozs meat from steamed blue crabs
