Early Morning:  2 cups coffee w/SF hazelnut creamer

B:  Quest protein bar

S:  Unjury Protein Shake

L:  Bologna & Cheese on whole wheat, 2 Clementine’s

S:  Unjury Protein Shake

D:  4 oz Meatloaf, 1/3 c loaded smashed potatoes, 1/3 c corn

S:  Key Lime cake, small piece

TOTALS:   1653 calories, 117g Protein 

WEIGHT:  Pre-Op: 302, Current: 185 (Height:  5’ 7”)

Doing good there...

Hello BOTTers,,,

Trying another "easy food" today.   I can be hungry - it does not kill me... . I am trying to avoid any food that may cause gas - since I really want to go to yoga today.. (gas and yoga do not match unless you do it at home - by yourself) 

 

Eats: 

coffee+ coffee (I am skipping my coconut milk with coffee - cutting the calories)

protein shake 

frittata + cucumber + a few nuts  (Ok - a whole serving of nuts)
2 hard boiled eggs + cucumber + a few strawberries
protein shake
proteins+ fiber pancakes... (after yoga)

dinner: hope I will not be too hungry and can wait and cook shrimps - Indian style + add some veggies

LNS: strawberries + whipped cream..

Good evening, BOTT friends,

 

Posting earlier than usual tonight, so here goes.  Bike workout done, 82 minutes covering 9.5 miles.  Today I ate:

 

B:  Iced coffee with Splenda, 6 tbsps light half & half , 10 natural almonds, large peach

L:  medium grilled chicken breast and small thigh (skinless)

S:  large plum

D:  5 ozs homemade pulled chicken barbeque (no bun), small Taco Bell pintos and cheese

S:  1.5 c cantaloupe
