Good Morning All!!  It's been an exceptionally long week and I'm tired this morning. We've had a cool front move through and I'm loving the drop in humidity. I am NOT loving the headache that I woke up to this morning. David would call it a skull buster. Thankfully I haven't had one of this caliber in a very, very long time. I think it's worse because I'm a bit on the dehydrated side. Gotta work on that.

Planning on a very long walk tonight after work. My knee has been much more cooperative in the past few weeks.

Commute: Coffee

Breakfast: Scrambled egg, bacon & 1/2 a biscuit

Snack:   Celery & Peanut butter

Lunch:   Chili (lots of beans!!)

snack:   Greek Yogurt and handful of granola

Dinner:   Squash & grilled Pork Chops

Lots and Lots and Lots of WATER today.

I've missed being able to post the last few nights! Waking very early and staying up very late getting ready for vacation. Last minute big time worry and stressor was rushing our 11-month-old kitten to the vet 45 minutes before we were going to head out. He ate something he shouldn't have and it stuck. He's having surgery this afternoon and staying overnight or until Monday. Poor little guy!

We're in the car and heading across the Upper Peninsula. We rented a house on a lake for a week. Invited my sister's family, mom, and sis-in-law to join us. We'll do lots of outdoor activity (swimming, hiking, biking, kayaking) and family time. I'm so looking to loving up my little ones and spending time with my hubby. I hope to stay really active but also relax. I won't have any cell phone, email, or Internet service, so no posting. I hope I will continue strong with my eating plan and not be too tempted but be flexible and work things in. I've done lots of planning and brought lots of supplies. Family is really supportive. Take care everyone and I'll be back next Saturday.

L:  3.5 ozs leftover grilled tri tip steak, 1 tbsp A-1 sauce, 3.5 ozs steamed blue crabmeat (no butter)

S:  1 c strawberries

D:  egg salad (2 eggs), sandwich thin followed by roasted hazelnut coffee with Splenda, 4 tbsp LF half & half

Goodnight friends :)
