Thought I'd hop online and attempt to hold myself accountable. All in all it was a very busy day. Lots and lots of physical activity as well as some pretty decent food choices ----no snacking.
Wake Up: Coffee
Breakfast: Raisin Bran & FF Lactaid milk
Lunch: Ham and swiss on rye
Dinner: Pork Chop & Green bean casserole
Dessert: Banana Smoothie
Now it's time for bed...this chickie is tired.

Good evening, BOTT friends,
Same here, Iris...tired bu****ching late night "supposedly horror" movies with my boyfriend on the phone. Lots of running around today, followed by cooking dinner for the granddaughters tonight. No bike workout today, but that's cool. I did enough running today to make up for that, and my back pain is witness to it. Today I ate:
B: McDonald's egg McMuffin (ate half the muffin portion for 14gm less carbs. wish they'd make the muffin 100% whole wheat)
S: peach
L: chicken sausage link sauteed and sliced into 1/2 c spaghetti sauce with meat on sandwich thin
D: 6 ozs meat from steamed blue crabs (no butter)
LNS: peach
